Meet our chef: PENGYING CHEN went to Japan in 1994 to learn Japanese cuisine with the Japanese famous chef '尾花一志''. During his stay in Japan, he with 尾花一志 participated in traditional Japanese food competitions and won many awards!
In 2003, he was the executive chef of Munemasa Japanese Restaurant in Dalian. During this period, he went to Japan to master his skills. While keeping the Japanese traditional taste of foods, he developed a variety of dishes suitable for young people, and his dishes are deeply loved by Japanese people who work in Dalian, Munemasa is also known as the most popular restaurant in Dalian.
